I no longer have a position in GURE and I don't want to comment on the news. :)

Even though I bought some positions this week, IMHO, it's too early to be out of cash yet. However, obviously, I am no prophet (eh, pun intended :P).

I have not sold any shares in gure so i have my full position. I contacted this organization and was not particularly impressed with either their response or use of english. I kind it more than difficult to believe that this short seller has it right and that two cpa firms, fidelity, and brean murray analyst who looked at their facilities have it wrong. It may take a few years but i am hopefully that this will sort itself out eventually and that the company has done something useful with the $85 million it got from their last issuance of shares.
