He can't learn how to handle the teleprompter ... you can see him looking at it waiting for the next word. He can speak extemporaneously but if he does that the network doesn't know what he'll say. The man has instigated arson, mob killings, and antisemitic pogroms .... you don't let someone like that talk on your network w/o a script ... even a network filled with crazies like msnbc. They only hired him as payoff for helping them through a corporate takeover. After a decent interval, they'll drop him like a hot potato.
