Puhrty: My guess is when the rules become tough enough to stop the MM'S from manipulating the prices enough to make money for themselves they will be dumping many of the lousy stocks on the bb and quit making markets in them. But that's okay because many of the stocks are only good for making money for the MM'S. They will than be lost in the pink sheets but the small investor will have a better chance by knowing where they stand on these type of stocks.
