Something about the ETFs being too leveraged. Since they are still "indexes", any move down in the market is greatly multiplied by the ETFs adjusting their holding through software, it exaggerates the fall. No mention of mutual funds, depends on who is their advertisers I guess....

Of course just as oil speculators are not mentioned when the price of oil is dropping fast, they ETFs won't be mentioned when the markets pop to the upside.

Found this searching, looks like an old theme dredged up from last year to explain TarBaby's market crash this year.
