All prices are artifacts. Most likely the front offices of the redemption centers are busier than the back offices ability to keep up. There is ongoing advertising right now, which increases redemptions, silver needs to be moved to refiners who can deal with the junk part of the silver objects. as silver is rarely pure when your talking jewelry, collectibles or table sets. My guess is the feedback about the channels status getting stuffed is not working as efficiently as it needs too.
