Re: AZDOM

On another front; Is it not about time for a public apology from the State of Arizona and it's employees... About time for IPM to turn the screws on them now.

IMO, IPM has no leverage to turn the screws on anyone right now. The difference between "no gold" and "no commercially extractable gold" will be lost on most people, including judges and jurors. A good attorney can, at this point, make IPM look perfectly foolish. Make no mistake, IPM, Furlong, and Doyle will be on trial, not AZDOM and its bureaucrats.

This may change later. It may not.

I believe that they are as responsable as anyone for the large negative perception this company has.

I can think of one entity that has created more negative perception:

siliconinvestor.com

I recall all the derision and condescension the "public relations matter" crowd got a few months ago. Too bad my credulity trumped my perspicacity. "Cognitive dissonance" may explain much of my bad humour over the past month or so.

p.s. I have an e-mail in to IPM. My expectations that they will show up on the FAQ web page are low. My expectations for satisfactory answers are even lower.
