One wonders how many prior criminal arrests those feral creatures had, and how many of them were repeatedly identified by school officials as posing multiple grave dangers to society? I would wager that there is a high probability that most of the losers, if not all, were either on probation, parole, or freshly released from some form of detention where the criminal justice system and/or school officials had a chance to permanently stop them, but failed, which resulted in serious injuries to numerous innocent people. -ng- Point 1: When the authorities have a fetid collection of rotten eggs, isolated in one basket, they must quickly cover them and dispose of them. -ng- Point 2: Build more jails, prisons, and execution centers and use them around the clock to full capacity before it's too late! -ng-
