Per your article, it doesn't seem to be working out as planned.
MMs are exempt in many cases, which leaves the barn door open.

Until they get a lock on naked short selling - I agree.

This market has taken too much abuse already.

If the worm turned it might give back a bunch and the talk about the market would swing positive - a good thing.IMO
