Well, wait until you load up TA. Now I can't say enough good things about it. I guess it's the comparison to other strategy games that does it for me. I didn't mind the non-scrolling feature of Abe but what bugged me as I said is that they could have centered this game more around the narrative rather than this series of near impossible puzzles, lever pulls, infinite deaths. Some people think having infinite lives is cool, but for me it's a pain in the ass. It means you have to die 55 times just to get through one damn screen. I don't know, after all the hoopla I just found it hard to believe that this is what it was all about. Now, what I want to know is this is the first of a 5 part series. I hope they shake up their premise for the other four. No way would I want to go through this again!

I'm disappointed the graphics on the pc are the same as the playstation. On the psx oddworld looks solid. I've had a few minutes to play TA and it's is very solid as a c&c clone.

When i got the unreal demo last week i was curious to see the difference from duke. When quake came out it wasn't that much better than doom. I saw unreal on a 266 pentium II, so i don't know how it will look on a regualr machine, but let me tell you --- WOW!

I bet Unreal will raise quite a few eyebrows. the game should do very well and the engine could add a lot to GTIS's credibility.

look for some imporved visibility from the company when the proxy for MPRS files in december, once the deal closes i think you'll see soem better performance. (unless the market still keeps sucking wind...)
