Dead wrong. Al Sousa as discussed from day 1 was waiting on the first go ahead in New York before moving forward. They got that in December 2010. They are now moving forward.

Listen to the correct words in the CC. I will continue to use Al Sousa as a reference because it's based in reality. Kind of like when you said we should assume the processor isn't running.

That was funny to read by the way on my IPAD your insistence that the processor couldn't be running while I was literally sitting next to a fuel-making processor.
