Now this is one dangerous clown who fits the bill for loading the trains with Jews to save the economy. Just because something has been abused and has grown has nothing to do with the character of such a "thing". If the Congress created a monster that abused rights but saved money he is on board. I have no problem with his vote, I have grave concerns for his stated reasoning. It is as if he said..."hey this commerce thing is getting huge...so lets use it because it has grown so big." or..".this bridge used to take small loads but we have driven larger trucks on it. Lets go for broke and use it for semis, heavy equipment and add trains. It doesn't matter what it was designed for, lets abuse it".

The majority "has ignored the undeniable fact that Congress' commerce power has grown exponentially over the past two centuries and is now generally accepted as having afforded Congress the authority to create rules regulating large areas of our national economy," wrote Marcus, also a Clinton appointee to the appeals court.

Maybe we can establish a church for the Commerce Clause? It can do anything. That Justices opinion completely ignored individual rights. The rights of the Commerce Clause trumps them in his mind.

When did "We the People " somehow change to the "Juggernaut of Commerce". This is disturbing me that there are people like this in our Judiciary.
