Yes and the greater problem is that in this moron's mind commerce good or bad trumps Individual Rights. I truly believe the Supreme Court will slay this dragon. If it doesn't there really is no need for the courts as you stated. Just congress, the right bribes, the right corrupt president and the deal is done. Hell, with veto overrides you don't even need a corrupt president.

That moron Justice Marcus has for the first time frightened me regarding the government. His reasoning is purely political. He gave no justification as to why the Commerce Cause should be used, just that it can be, so lets do it.
