I always thought we spoke of fear of the government in a more remote way. I think I fear the Judiciary and the government. Maybe it is the medication, just had an operation. The mind of Marcus is frightening. His justification for using the commerce clause is simply because it has grown and been used to regulate large areas of the economy. I would say that is one reason to avoid it. 180 degrees from the founder's intent. I hear the jack boots coming up to the door right now.
