I agree. The fact that only one state has questioned the performance claims, and apparently hasn't made it a legal matter, makes it a pretty trivial piece of info.

Yes you did, brother Pat. The Congregation summoned all their inner strength to dispense of this evil serpent. He has tested our faith once again this morning. His rhetoric has caused the prophets to issue an 11th commandment-Thou shall not listen, cajole, prompt, respond, encourage or otherwise acknowledge the existence of ----- ! I can't mention his name in lieu of this commandment. I am God-fearing and know my boundaries. God Bless brother and pray SYCR makes us filthy rich sometime before the millenium.
