ON JOINT VENTURE DEAL - Note the following differences in BCMD's press releases - Which is that BCMD first states it needs a JV, then states it is continuing its effort to "arrange and conclude" to the most recent which is efforts to "conclude": *Monday 11/17/97 "Brush Creek is continuing its effort to CONCLUDE a joint-venture agreement on its gold properties." (emphasis added on conclude) Wednesday 10/29/97 "James S. Chapin CEO and Chairman of the Board stated, . . . "Further, we continue to work diligently to ARRANGE and CONCLUDE a joint-venture agreement with a partner, structured in a way that we believe would enhance shareholder value.'' (emphasis added on arrange and conclude) **From 10Q - 5/15/97 - "The Company anticipates raising the needed funds from the sale of common stock or joint ventures." Now if the company is being precise in its press releases, as I expect it is, I would hope we would see something in the next week or two.
