Where are the pockets? What happened to the shovel ready projects. I noticed there were highway repairs done with stimulus funds. Why did it not jump start the construction industry. I continue to believe that the stimulus should have allocated more for construction which would have automatically created jobs. I believe the focus was more on saving jobs instead of creating them. However, the Republican approach of creating jobs through tax breaks is not kosher either. The mom and pop businesses do not have the horsepower to jumpstart jobs.
