Good list. Can I add another one. Allow corporations to brink back all that cash they have overseas. It would pump capital into the private sector. If they don't use it to expand their business, they could pay dividends to the shareholders. This would give people money to spend and generate revenue for the government at the same time. Dividends are taxed at 15% at the federal level and are also taxed by most states.
