While Utopia has not been achieved yet, many countries are a LOT better than others and some are excellent by comparison. The fact that perfection isn't achieved easily doesn't mean the opposite should be accepted. Tradable Citizenship and personal property rights are the way to Utopia. Tribalism, communism, hippiedom does not work and neither do the citizens of them. "We pretend to work and they pretend to pay us".

Of course rich and poor exist: < I'll agree to tradeable citizenship,
but their is no utopia. Every society has want's and needs,
which make for rich and poor to exist.
