Why governments did not prepare for population greying and its tax revenue effects? See people telling that we should be prepared for some future age of Climate Change. I laugh about this because no one got prepared for Demographic Change!!! Now its effects are upon the developed countries and they do not know what to do. Countries that are today in their demographic windows, must prepare themselves for the time their population start consuming and not producing neither saving. As for the ones that did not get prepared, they have to face downgrade of their standard of living since they can no longer raise the taxes' revenue to pay for the level they got accostumed to.
