Here is the Latest GMD News Release ********************************************************** November 21, 1997 VSE Symbol - GMDSymbol - GMD- GMD U.S. 12g3 Exemption #82-4071 News Release No. 176 Positive Exploration Drill Results Added to Reserve-Resource Estimates GMD Resource Corp. announces that due to favourable exploration drilling results that the area under calculation for reserve-resource estimates has been expanded to include a larger area than previously planned. As a result of this new information calculations for the reserve-resource estimates will be delayed while this additional data is being formatted. Final calculations are well underway and are expected shortly. These latest exploration drill hole results contiguous to the north of the area under calculation for reserve-resource estimates continue to support the Ormsby Zone being open to the north and at depth.
