<<<<<I agree with this, so rather than go to the trouble of making my own position paper, you can just assume I totally agree with this, because I do:>>>>>>

Seems to me this is little different than the black and white ideology of Brumer or Longnshort. You have said you agree with Paul on the war and I also agree with Paul on the debt issue. You're mistaken to think I am advocating in favor of Paul - I'm not. I'm advocating in favor of a couple of his principles - that's it! If there was someone else in Congress man or woman, I would say the exact thing about them - there just isn't though. If there is, tell who and I will use their thinking instead of Paul's so it doesn't bother you as much as Paul seems to.

Oh, gosh. I knew Paul was a bit nutty, but I thought he was more astute than to say this:

"Certainly the drafters of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, both replete with references to God, would be aghast at the federal government’s hostility to religion."

The Declaration of Independence does indeed mention a diety, but the Constitution, far from being "replete" with references to God, doesn't contain a single one.

The idea that Christmas will soon be a casualty to a secular war against Christianity is also loony. And I've already mentioned his crackpot idea of using the free market to regulate mine safety. Among other things.
