I don't know who you were thinking of, but you posted it to me in response to something I said to another poster. I'm sure we may seem arrogant to one another but that comes from disagreement ... people can't agree to what basic facts are even. Some folks want to only admit facts which help their argument and dismiss other facts as irrelevant. If people can't talk to people they disagree with there can be no debate. And talking only to people they disagree with just amounts to self-confirmation.
