From my perspective, the post-2008 landscape has been one of myriad Bubbles enveloping the globe.

When the history of this episode of foolishness is written, and economic historians have enough perspective to consider what has happened during these times, i.e., from post-August 1971 to about 2013-15, when it all hits the fan and a global re-set is inevitable, this era will be known as the Great Dollar Bubble because the one cause of all this will be seen as a surfeit of USD. Greenspan and Bernanke will go down in history as the John Laws of our time.
