TO ALL: Just Got off the phone with Gary, here is the numbers that he said he could legally give me. insider 144 shares-----800,000 he could tell me. he said there could be more but couldn't legally say common shares called in-- 1,000,000 but this was his opinion again there seems to be some problem legally or with seperating them(the 144 from common) from the TA???? Again, he stated he couldn't tell me anymore so take it as you will.
