There are upper limits to sound quality and idtc is almost as good as mci, att, etc. IDTC sounds like nspk, nspk sounds like ftel. If you can get quality to 95% of standard phone calls, you are there. I am not really sure that AT&T is spending money in R&D to imporve sound quality so that it is as good as MCI's pin drop. Calls are routed over a myrid of other companies switches and lines.

IDTC is 9 months to a year ahead of the competition in the ip tel business. There is competition out there and it is not very close to idtc yet, but one day it will be, and they can compete in a huge market.

My information is to help people make money by investing in stocks. IDTC is the number one ip tel company for good reasons. Look at the news. It is not hype and not what they plan on doing but rather what they have done. They have have put gateways in the largest 26 metro cities and will begin advertising via the radio next week. You will hear this soon. The stock will go up tomorrow due to idtc beating earnings estimates by 33% (little has to do with the ip net division), and the stock will go up after the news release on the 26 city gateway rollout.

IDTC has contacts all over the globe. One of the board members was the CEO of general dynamics, another was instramental in the hugh multinational telecom agreement signed earlier this year. They are already in many foreign countries which takes a lot of handshakes.

IDTC will drive down the stocks of the smaller ip tel plays by diverting the investment money to themselves in the near to medium term. It is already happening.
