i recently put an offer in on a home....

and yes, prices can go down some more but i am a contractor and if the city gave me the lot for free and waved all the inspection fees (probably another $6.500) i dont think i could build the home for the price i'm offering.

i' m with Vosilla. prices are purty damn low right now.
