There is a big difference between Cape Coral and Naples too. Maybe John has a few left to look at that market.

Detroit has homes for $10.
That's about the price of one piece of wallboard.
so you could always go wrong.if replacement cost is your metric.
I would guess there are more Detroits coming to a bubble town near you.
