I read it like this: Aliens have piles of foreign currencies that the had received in trade for their labor.

This bunch of aliens bidding up your currency (the CHF).

How they do it?

They (the aliens) take their piles of currency representing their labor and throw it, sell it, in the open market causing your currency (the CHF) to rise They sell all your piles. (The CHF) currency rises anyway.

Then, a little later, (as the Swiss Central bank sells lots of CHF) it falls back to where it was.
