My hope is that the delay is only typical bureaucratic behavior . This is strengthened by the fact that not one insider has sold a share . However that does not cover any surprises coming from the Colombian Govt . Subject 58212 One insider of the shell that merged with the private company , owner of the claims , sold a large # of shares to himself at .05 . He might have included some friends in on the deal . They can sell at .30 and still make $ even after a 3 for 1 roll back . So those 2 things are creating a little fear and anger . Rightly so .

A lot has been happening behind the curtain with the small junior exploration stock in Colombia . A long term poster from stockhouse has joined the co . He is a former helicoter pilot and base manager for B.C. Helicopters Queen Charlotte Islands . He went to an AGM in 2011 and posted this about the co . stockhouse.com A year later he went to work for them buying at least 500 shares and 200 warrants before hand . Added to that after joining the co a few months back . The latest move by the company was to take Native Chiefs from Canada who have had success with development to talk to the Natives and Govt in Bogota and Brazil . They also visited the village close to the claims as you can see from this link . cosigo.com Still some risk but the reward is huge .
