Crimson flames tied through my ears
Rollin' high and mighty traps...
Pounced with fire on flaming roads
Using i-deas as my maps...
"We'll meet on edges, soon" said, I,
Proud 'neath heated brow...
Ah, but I was so much older then
I'm young-er than that now.

Half-wracked prejudice leaped forth,
"Rip down all hate," I screamed,
Lies that life is black and white
Spoke from my skull I dreamed.
Romantic facts of musketeers
Foundationed deep, somehow,
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

Girl's faces formed the forward path
From phony jealousy,
To memorizing politics
Of ancient history.
Flung down by corpse evangelist
Unthought of, though, somehow,
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

A self-ordained professor's tongue
Too serious to fool
Spouted out that liberty
Is just equality in school.
"Equality," I spoke the word
As if a wedding vow
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

In a soldier's stance I aimed my hand
At the mongrel dogs who teach
Fearing not that I'd become my enemy
In the instant that I preach.
My pathway led by confusion boats
Mutiny from stern to bow
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

Yes, my guard stood hard when abstract threats
Too noble to neglect
Deceived me into thinking
I had something to protect.
Good and bad, I define these terms
Quite clear, no doubt, somehow,
Ah, but I was so much older then,
I'm younger than that now.

Scruff, I'm sorry if I've annoyed you. Please re-read your posts #752 and 799 on this thread, which I think were much more civil than your last two, and would be a much better stance for you to take. Then please re-read my posts, which have taken a consistent position for the past several months - fonix may have something, but I don't think it's enough to take this stock too far. Therefore, I am neither short or long. But if it goes to $20 on nothing more than we have now, it would be very consistent to go short, because then I think it would be overvalued. I will also point out that the market seems to agree with me - this is a $6-7 stock, before and after the Siemens announcement.

Finally, I did NOT say that Siemens was throwing their money away, just that it was small potatoes - they are not making a huge statement here that they think fonix is important to their future. Let's say the initial payment is for $6 million (just a guess, and it makes the math easy). This is 0.01% of their annual revenues, if your $58 billion number is correct. This is the same as someone who makes $100,000 a year investing $10 in fonix, just in case they do turn out to have the holy grail. So it's a TINY investment for Siemens, for which they get exclusive rights in the telecom arena. If it doesn't work out, it won't make a dent in their balance sheet. If it does, it might help - so why not give it a shot? This is throwing ideas at the wall to see what will stick, not a major investment and commitment from Siemens - IMO.

Please feel free to pass by my posts in the future if you don't feel they belong here.

Bob
