Obama talked about how uncomfortable he was in Hawaii because he was black.

Having lived there, I once attended a citizenship ceremony for Samoans--------Obama was no darker than the Samoans I saw. The only difference was the height---he is taller than the Samoans I saw. They were very happy and proud to becoming Americans.

I often wonder if Obama is also self-conscious about being half white.

What is so unfortunate is that the first President of mixed race, black and white, was an anchor baby of a Kenyan father who had no citizenship in America and impregnated a college student while being here based upon american charity.

I think of so many people of mixed race that would be preferable to Barrack Obama, Jr.---------men and women who are articulate and have influenced this nation for decades. I.E. Condoleeza Rice, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, the founders of Hillsdale College after the Civil War if they were alive, Colin Powell etc.
