Pauland Thread: Thanks for all the responses. I got my buyout
number wrong as was pointed out to me, but I still believe that
buying VSGN would be a good move....a good way to buy BORL
cheaply. I dont see this deal coming unglued; there seems to nothing
in the regs that would impact it; shareholders should like the deal, because it appears to be in BORL's best interest in the medium to
long term. And David, even though there is money in the bank, Yocam said they would be issuing 12.5 million shares to close the deal. Since BORL has some 36 million outstanding, this will def -
initely dilute unless Yocam can pull a rabbit out of his hat. I see all
of this a a great long term positive move by BORL. I just want to
find the best way to get more of the action.....either leaps, and/or
stock in VSGN or BORL.
