we were talking about this with deceased oil platforms 12 years ago. of course, if it works, its only a simple overhead drone from being destroyed anyway. drone's were not then, what they are today obviously. but a great concept under the world oceans agreement, in principal.

I presume the plan will be to keep eating at the trough where the fresh money printing is doled out to the exceedingly well connected, but somehow book it to the pretend country where there are no taxes and which happens to be defended by the US military should pirates show up.

Think about it -- it would be an actual country that produced nothing, a sort of Iceland (pre-melt down in '08) but on mega steroids, levering itself to the sky until it's misery blossoms on the rest of us like an exploding outhouse.
