Al, I was born here, but my parents are from Taegu, Korea, which is pretty far south on the Korean peninsula. My wife was born in Seoul, but her mother's side of the family is from North Korea. I hear they were actually wealthy landowners before the communists took over. Of course I'm grateful for each and every veteran of the Korean War for saving South Korea's rear end. Doesn't mean I have to support higher taxes just to show my gratitude, though. Most veterans are conservative anyway, so I don't think they would want me to, either. > Do you have the post?
