1 million name form! What about 1.5 million? Why can Mr. Morgan not get official numbers on his own freakin stock! Why does he have to GUESS!

Can some help me here? Why can't he "legally say" how many shares are/have been issued, whether restricted of not? We don't really care who owns them, just how many exist.

Both Common shares and Restricted 144 shares constitute ownership in a company and should be available information to the owners, us the stockholders.

Couldn't find anything restricting this kind of information...
