Brenda, Your call for your certificates will certainly cut the supply and the new found demand might cause a short squeeze. Have you already called for them? How quickly must a broker who has loaned your shares to another for short positioning have to cover subsequent to the removal of your shares from his books?

Brenda, How did you make out on your certs? I knew someone once whos certs took over 30 days for them to get them. That was pretty amazing that that could happen in what were then the 80's. My friend swore the whole time that they were cross trading and trying to cover their short position with what they thought was going to be a much lower price. But I told him that that never happens in my knowlege in this day and age. Aren't we lucky that we don't have to ever worry about things like that? My friend even told me he had called his transfer agent and they hadn't even been submitted in that 15 days! I told him don't be silly, they probably just got lost in the mail and probably would turn up. Funny thing was though...they did! Just an interesting memory that popped into my head ...I guess I should tell you, please don't think that I am relating this story as related to YOUR shares or anyone elses for that matter, you know that though because it has only been two days. I guess I'm just rambling...but...how did it go? Cents
