Yep .. there is a lot of that he could take a swing at with one action.

I figure he will be behind just before the election. He has already been informed by his advisers there is only one way he gets reelected.

Change federal marijuana policy.

Without it, he doesn't win. Period.

This is a window that the republicans will leave open for him to use.

I figure he will. Out of desperation, he will finally make a change.
