re URS, EME. I like the companies that maintain buildings better than those that build them. I bought starter in EME today at 23$. I wanted to own this one for a long time and the price seems right. PE is not that low at around 12x but there is net cash on the balance sheet and they generate strong FCF, which they mostly spent on acquisitions. I do think they have a FCF yield in excess of 10% of the market cap at current valuations. EME also shows in Greenblatt's magicformula screen every once in a while.
