Thanks E_K_S,

I checked on insidercow.com and no insider buy/sell in the last two and a half years. For a micro cap there are a lot of institutional investors in it, which leads me to believe that motivational seller might not have the right motivations. If the industry starts to consolidate this one might be one of the first ones to be bought - IMO.

I like NG - your thesis that the pipes will do well I think it's the right one. They might even do better than the operators. In 2008 I bought TGS, Transportadora de Gas del Sur SA (ADR) - an Argentine pipeline, but besides a 40% one-time dividend earlier this year, it has stayed at the same levels when I bought it.

These value stocks do come around, sometimes. This was timbabears pick - he does not post much any more. He is probably digging a hole to store food, guns and all the gold he accumulated 5 years before it took off <g>.
