No, it's not common, but it does occur, and it's hardly tangled up... when it does occur, the likelihood of a buy signal is typically reduced... the model is working perfectly and is avoiding a possible whip saw here, it's also telling me that this market is too volatile to trust a rally to be anything more than a bear bounce at the moment (unless we get a late rally today), the formula is definitely a wonderful market navigating tool... I'd be completely lost without it and have to depend on guesswork...
