How can Perry not know about the drones? He's the guy who suggested that texas had the right to secede from the union and a few weeks later bemoaned the fed government for not helping him with fires in his state...why are you surprised...these guys say dumb things all the time... So then, his university transcript is VERY indicative of his IQ. Why am I not surprised?
