Guilty as every other trader of talking your book. Perfectly natural. What's different? Look at what happened to the USD last time in 2008 when the stock market started to correct. What has the USD done thus far with an almost 20% decline in the SPY? I personally would rather own GDX vs GLD as an asset class if I was only holding 30% exposure. I'm actually happy that you're so skeptical ST. I expect another pullback, but the recent lows on the GDX should hold.

Even assuming a $200 decline in POG in % term this is far less than 2008 relatively speaking. Accumulate...

From a ST trading perspective I reduced exposure today. So ST I agree with your caution. I just think comparisons to 2008 at this point are mostly overblown.
