Excuse me. I erred in the last statement. JMAR didn't say the proposed laser co. acquisition would be used to manufacture the LightKnife - - they said BrightLight products.

JMAR also plans to use California ASIC as a test site for the Company's new semiconductor manufacturing equipment prior to market introduction." -- has to be related to facilitating XRL development and getting it to market. One can deduce from JM's stated desire to divest itself of CalASIC that the original intent was not being met. Tulvio
