Hi Paul, It may reverse the uptrend that BORL had before. There are new 12 million shares added to BORL. By definition, there is a earning dilution per share. It maybe not affect the total earning, but I suspect that. Think about that the VSGN has 170 employee. Does the company really need 170 after mergen? I guess there will be a write off due to consolidation after merge. I hope the BORL is able hold here I still have several hundred shares. Good luck to all of us.
