PNG requires a relatively high price to be profitable. Do I read the table right?

What exactly is included in "FOB price" and "(NPV12=)"? I am an ignorant amateur, and don't understand the terms.

Is this production cost (at wellhead, at LNG terminal, or to deliver at end-market?)

Is XOM price "PNG LNG"?

I need to understand all this a lot better, before taking a position. Right now, I'm not even sure what are the important questions to ask.

<which companies will profit, supplying LNG to Asia?

1. XOM: largest natgas company in the U.S., but can't get it to Asia; 15B$ LNG venture in Papua N.G.
2. Apache wants to complete Kitimat LNG terminal to export Canada natgas by 2015
3. CVX, COP, RDSA, TOT are building facilities to ship LNG from Australia
4. Shell owns 30% of the new Quatar LNG export facility
5. IOC (Interoil) in PNG (CC has done an excellent job following this story; I don't understand how to figure out whether IOC is worth 120$ or 10$ a share, but I'll keep trying....)
6. Who else?>

Before I start winnowing down the list, to end up with a Buy List, I want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Are there others, including service companies or anybody else, likely to benefit from this trend?
