re IOC: thanks for providing those links. I'll read it all, and then probably have some more questions (I never run out of questions, since I know there is always more to know). Sometimes, I jump in as soon as an opportunity presents itself. More often, I study an industry for years, then slowly build a position. Sitting and thinking and doing nothing is my default position, and often my most profitable activity.
