I think Obama just can't get ugly enough for the current demands. We needed a really ugly (D), like LBJ. He'd have schooled the Tea party.

I am hopeful about Obama after his three day bus tour. His jobs plan is something we need to wait for. It is more because it looks like he is going to put Congress on the spot with that plan. Europe is also a big consideration and we see that in the market today. But there is not much he can do there, at least for now. The US economy is too weak to provide a rider for the European situation.
