I doubt it will involve additional federal spending. I imagine it's more likely to involve targeted tax credits for companies that add workers. The Republicans, Teapers included, can't say no to any kind of tax break.

Do you think that he is going to come up with some sort of a stimulus program and call it a "jobs program" instead of a stimulus?
