In my opinion a deadlocked do nothing congress is actually a good congress. Muslim indonesian citizen .brilliant barry soetoro had a veto proof majority and what did he accomplish with it? Was that a good congress? Now some brain washed saul alinsky socialistic community organizer is telling everyone the government process doesn't work. If something isn't working it is that community organizer in a position above his qualifications and experience.
