Investors intl numbers were just like they are now coming off the 03 bottom.....everybody got bearish because of it........the market continued north for 4 more years.....fear relative to price is at benchmark readings...90% bears in the timer digest poll as of wed.....65% out of the market according to tickersense and AAII......2nd wave pullbacks like this one lock in the bears.........nobody will trust a rally out of here.......dont forget 1077 was the low on WWW eh........
